SubLog is an iPhone and iPad app that helps you keep a local log of subscriptions (amount, currency, cycle, next renewal) and optional local reminders—for example alerts before renewal day. It does not charge or process payments or connect to providers; it only stores what you enter and uses system notifications if you enable them.
